It’s a pretty beginning of a fall afternoon when I meet up with Bryce Avery, better known as The Rocket Summer at a park in Los Angeles. Governors Ball festival in NYC announces 2014 lineup


Another day, another festival. Last week it was Coachella, yesterday it was Firefly, and today it’s the long-awaited announcement of the 2014 Governors Ball festival in NYC. From First to Last (post-Sonny Moore) have reunited, announce Kickstarter


After a series of teasing tweets from members of the band, From First to Last have revealed that they’ll be getting back together. Sadly it’s without Sonny Moore as he’s busy being, you know, Skrillex, but they’ll be releasing a new EP independently sometime next year. They’ve also announced a Kickstarter for $25,000 to fund that EP, and you can read a statement from the band regarding it below. 60 Bands Added To The 2012 Bamboozle Line-Up


This morning  Bamboozle  added 60 Bands  to the Fest which celebrates it’s 10th Anniversary this year and takes place May 18th to 20th in Ashbury Park, NJ. All the bands announced thus far are listed below with the day they are playing. Of note, Incubus/Mac Miller/Skrillex  Headline Day 1,  Foo Fighters/Blink 182  on Day 2, and  Bon Jovi  Day 3 along with  a special TBA co-headliner.
