Sex Pistols Fragrance Hits U.S. Shores


The Sex Pistols’ latest attempt to get up people’s noses comes in the form of their own branded perfume. While fragrance launches from music stars like Britney Spears, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Avril Lavigne have become commonplace, it’s still an eyebrow-raising move from the legendary punk band, which has been better-known for making cash from chaos than cologne. NAB/RIAA wants FM radio in all cell phones


Music labels and radio broadcasters can’t agree on much, including whether radio should be forced to turn over hundreds of millions of dollars a year to pay for the music it plays. But the two sides can agree on this: Congress should mandate that FM radio receivers be built into cell phones, PDAs, and other portable electronics.
