Today, the quintet released their new single, “Old Wounds.” With haunting stillness, the band departs from the intensity of their 2022 LP Past Lives, taking a slower approach to the release without sacrificing any raw instrumentals. After the recent departure of their longtime drummer, Derek Grant, Alkaline Trio has made a killer announcement. Dunes—the supergroup which consists of Anthony Green, Frank Iero, Tim Payne, Tucker Rule, and Travis Stever—have issued their epic sci-fi horror-inspired music video for “Grey Veins.” “Grey Veins” is a creative homage to ’70s Japanese Sci-Fi horror films and comes from the mind of guitarist, Iero.
