Mayday Parade’s Derek Sanders Releases a New Cover


Calling all Mayday Parade fans! Frontman Derek Sanders is releasing his first solo EP on Valentine’s Day and we’re already in love after hearing one song.  We all know that Mayday Parade loves a good cover song—they recently finished an entire tour built around covers—so it’s not surprising that Sanders chose to reimagine some of his favorite songs for his first EP, My Rock and Roll Heart. Andrew McMahon posts new track “High Dive”


Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness has released a new song, titled “High Dive.” The song comes from his upcoming self-titled record, due out October 14th. McMahon said about the song: “In its most universal sense it’s about loving someone so much that you’ll take anything they’re willing to give even if it’s not enough.” McMahon is a musician that never stops going, and it’s good to hear he has a new project to work on. Steel Train Wrap Up New LP, Confirm Format Tour


Drive-Thru Records is proud to announce New York quintet, Steel Train, are currently finishing up work on their ambitious sophomore album. Set for an October 2007 release, the still untitled album is being produced by Mark Trombino (Rilo Kiley, Jimmy Eat World). Jack's Mannequin to Make Rounds this Summer
