Arizona’s premier emo band The Maine are back with a brand-new music video for their track “thoughts i have while lying in bed.” The song comes from their 8123-released LP and self-titled ninth full album. The music video, directed by Nick Stafford, is simple, but positively stunning. The video featuring lead vocalist John O’Callaghan is shot in black and white on a bridge with a cityscape in the background. It seems that a new era of Foo Fighters is underway. Last week, the band shared a 13-second clip that seemed to be a teaser for a new song. Today, they shared a 25-second version of the same song on their socials. The clip smacks you in the face with heavy guitar and passion-filled drums. Just weeks after Tim Armstrong reunited with Operation Ivy’s Jesse Michaels for the announcement of their new band Bad Optix, Armstrong’s legendary punk rock group Rancid has delivered their new single “Tomorrow Never Comes.” Along with the titular track release, the group has announced their first new album since 2017’s Trouble Maker.
