The “Clueless” actress died of pneumonia complicated by an iron deficiency, anemia and multiple drug intoxication, the coroner’s office found. The death was ruled an accident.

Eminem’s claim of shady iTunes deal


Eminem’s music publisher wants a bigger slice from Apple. Eight Mile Style and a co-plaintiff, Martin Affiliated, are suing Apple, claiming they never authorised the use of 93 songs in a downloadable format on Apple’s popular iTunes service. The non-jury trial is expected to start Thursday in the rapper’s hometown of Detroit, unless a settlement is reached Wednesday with the help of US Magistrate Judge Virginia Morgan. Eight Mile also is suing Aftermath Records, which controls the recordings in question, saying it didn’t have the right to make deals on digital downloads. Today marks 17 years to the day that rock juggernaut MxPx performed its first show in the backyard of Mike Herrera’s former Bremerton, Wash. home. T.I. gets a year and a day for weapon charges


ATLANTA – A Northern Georgia District judge sentenced T.I. to one year and one day in prison on felony weapons charges Friday, calling the rapper’s plea deal “experimental” but a success. Judge Charles Pannell, Jr. told the rapper he had more than exceeded the court’s expectations, and he hoped his case would inspire similar plea deals.
