Yeah, 2016 could easily have a theme song called “Big Thing Gone Wrong” but there were also a lot of pop culture annoyances for us to roll our eyes ???? at.
It’s pretty safe to say that 2016 is a time most of us would rather forget. A lot has happened in the past year, and it’s become harder and harder to be thankful in the light of the losses, atrocities, and social and political events that have taken place. But not everything was doom and gloom; as one last present to you this Christmas, we’re giving you some of the good things that happened in 2016, and some reasons why you should still remain hopeful, compassionate, and grateful as we wave goodbye to another year. — All Time Low opening… Read more »
Your favorite baller is back with another episode of The Gunz Show. This week, listen in as Gunz chats with Waterparks, Craig Owens, and The Wrecks. Also, hear about the busy year ahead of the Houston, TX band, where they’ll conquer the globe (except Antarctica.) Later, listen as Craig Owens calls in to discuss his latest project, badxchannels. It’s an episode of the utmost reflection and the utmost weirdness this week on No Filter with Bruce Wiegner and Johnny Costa of The Weekend Riot.

Adding to our day of premieres is Texas alt-rock band The Sound Of Curves. The quartet is bringing us an exclusive listen of their new single, and the title track to their upcoming release, “Gone Gatsby.”
Here’s to a less irritating 2016—this year, we got together all of our least favorite pop culture icons and begged them to please, please give us a break this year. They dominated in 2015, and we deserve some time off, or at least some serious attitude changes, dammit.
Check out the exclusive track premiere of “Hipster Mom” off MC Lars’ new full-length The Zombie Dinosaur LP. It’s early on a Monday morning when I get a phone call from rapper MC Lars. There’s a scholarly greeting from the brilliant rapper who seems more prepared than ever to share his newest music with the world. The Stanford graduate turned “nerdcore” hip-hop mogul is back this November with a brand new full-length LP The Zombie Dinosaur LP. This particular album reflects a lot on his life as a rapper in his 20s and how he transitions into his goals in… Read more »
