Better Lovers played their first ever shows, two back-to-back, in Buffalo last week. It was absolute chaos, to say the least.

This week I have long time friend and bass player from the band Badflower, I met him back a while back but we actually hit it off when I was in Ventura, and came outside of the bathroom pier, and he and I were the only people there, and we recognized each other, so we hung out and the friendship spawned from there! I learn about his history on how he got into music.

MOD SUN‘s latest single, “Strangers,” is a deeply personal and emotionally charged track that explores the aftermath of his breakup with his former fiancee, Avril Lavigne. Released following their separation in February as MOD kicked off his massive God Save The Teen Tour, the song serves as a poignant reflection on the complexities of love, loss, and loyalty. What makes “Strangers” even more heartbreaking is the fact that the accompanying music video was filmed in Paris, the very city where MOD SUN proposed to Lavigne in March 2022 before their split. The video for “Strangers” beautifully captures the bittersweet essence… Read more »

The album was inspired by Taylor Swift’s transition from adolescence to adulthood. Consisting of songs mostly written about her confrontation… Read more »
Following the release of his latest offerings “SABOTAGE//” and “YOU NEEDED A HIT//,” KennyHoopla and longtime collaborator, Travis Barker, have partnered up once again for a 3-track capsule project release titled, BLINK AND YOU’LL MISS IT//. Across the release, KennyHoopla‘s edgy, genre-blending sound and Barker‘s powerhouse drumming skills culminate in an explosive climax. Standout single “MARRY KILL F*CK//” epitomizes KennyHoopla’s raw energy and infectious punk-rock spirit while calling back to a handful of pop-punk references including one to Barker’s bandmate Tom DeLonge through the line, “And everyone is recommending me their therapist/They believe in God/Don’t believe in aliens.” Read more:… Read more »
