DJ AM laid to rest in Los Angeles

Adam “DJ AM” Goldstein was laid to rest yesterday with a service at Los Angeles’ Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary. Reports that AM’s former fiancÃ©e Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte’s Joel and Benji Madden attended the burial were said to be “inaccurate.” AM’s girlfriend, Hayley Woods, DJ Jazzy Jeff, actor Scott Caan and producer the Alchemist, who reportedly served as a pallbearer, were present at the service. Barely a year after their daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, was born, Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden have announced that they’re expecting another child. In a post titled “Better Than Winning an OSCAR” on Good Charlotte’s Web site, Madden, 29, wrote: “What’s better than winning an Oscar? Joel Madden isn’t giving girlfriend Nicole Richie diamonds for Christmas.
