Pete Evick, Guitarist for Bret Michaels Band

After a two week break while Jaret and Gary dealt with their own COVID situations, The Rockstar Dad Show is back! The two talk about their experience with the virus and the symptoms they experienced before introducing this week’s guest.

As the guitarist for the Bret Michaels Band, Pete Evick has a lot of stories to tell. Listen in as he chats with the guys about meeting his heroes, writing a Bowling For Soup inspired tune, and social media experiments.

Later, Pete tells the guys about his son’s new mission to bring rock and roll to his generation as they talk family and co-parenting.

Brimstone

It’s time for another episode of The Rockstar Dad Show, so turn up the speakers and dive into conversation with Jaret and Gary.

This week, the guys are talking about the convenience of technology and Bowling For Soup’s new series Shot Out Of A Cannon. Of course they have plenty more to discuss, like a fear of birds and writing a tell all book.

Later, they welcome wrestler Brimstone to the air. Listen in as he introduces us to his family and talks about coping through coronavirus, mental health, and Seymour the Unfortunate Vampire.

Ted and Rob Felicetti

On this week’s episode of The Rockstar Dad Show, the guys have a lot to be excited about. Not only is it the first football Sunday of the year, they’re also recording a new Bowling For Soup album in the Poconos.

Listen in as they share what they’ve been up to since they left for the studio, talk about how their kids handle losing, and buy some Robux. Later, they’ll bring brothers Ted and Rob Felicetti to the air.

Ted might not technically be a dad, but he does have a cat and we’re calling that close enough. Jaret and Gary reminisce on old memories with him and talk about getting his band, Don’t Panic, back together after ten years.

Rob plays bass for Bowling For Soup and set up their destination recording (with a couple lies about the air conditioning situation.) Hit play below to hear their chat!

Jack Forman – President of BiCoastal Productions

Dude, we’re getting the band back together!

It’s been a long time since the Bowling For Soup guys have been together IRL so they’re making up for it by hitting the studio. Listen in this week as Jaret and Gary chat about their plans for new music and prepare to leave home during quarantine.

Speaking of quarantine, we’ve been “grounded” for awhile now… and not much has changed. The guys talk about how fast the time has gone before welcoming this week’s guest to the air.

Jack Forman is the president of talent agency BiCoastal Productions and he calls in during nap time to chat about all the loops COVID-19 has thrown in our way—and the family time it’s brought with it too.

Marco Molina

You might not be able to get out of the house, but you can get away for a little bit with Jaret + Gary on a new episode of The Rockstar Dad Show.

Now that everyone’s been stuck inside for way too long, the guys dive into conversation about how it’s affecting their households. From screen time to social media arguments to Jaret’s new life as a trail mix dealer, they’ll cover how they’re coping.

Later, Bowling For Soup merch seller and photographer Marco Molina calls into the show. He chats with the guys about working from home, how his family has dealt with COVID-19, and more.

Howie Abrams

Jaret and Gary spend the hour with the man that signed BOWLING FOR SOUP to Jive Records back in 1999! Now an author and a father, Howie talks about raising his daughter in NYC, the beginning of NY hardcore, and much, much more!

Jaret Reddick

Darrin chats with singer/guitarist for BOWLING FOR SOUP, Mr. Jaret Reddick.

Sean Staples (Shine Drums, Songwriter, Composer)

The guys discuss Rob’s wedding (Bowling For Soup’s bass player), getting back from Mexico, cancelling a lot of things, hearing loss, marriage at an early age, and kids driving soon.

Then they catch up with Sean Staples: creator of Shine Drums (artists like Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Jay Z, Third Eye Blind) who is a true family man! Married for almost 20 years before having a family… Someone got it right!
