2020: The Year Of Green Day


Basically, it’s a good time to be a Green Day fan. With Father of All… and The Hella Mega Tour, it looks like 2020 will be the year of Green Day. Fire, Ready, Aim is Green Day’s latest offering from their forthcoming thirteenth studio album Father of all… due out February 7, 2020.  After announcing a two-year cross-platform partnership with the NHL, Fire, Ready, Aim is the new opening theme song for Wednesday Night Hockey game broadcasts for the 2019-2020 season. Here we are a good 31 years after The Pixies first record, “Surfer Rosa”, and on September 13 the band will release their 7th studio album “Beneath The Eyrie”. The Pixies are required listening for anyone diving into rock music of any kind. Flying used to be something that was looked forward to.
