Andrew Jackson Jihad just wrapped up the last leg of their tour with Hard Girls and Dogbreth, bringing their folk punk sound across the country in support of their new album, Christmas Island. idobi writer Alyssa Dempsey had the lovely opportunity to speak with cellist Mark Glick before the band’s show at The Troubadour in Los Angeles. Will.I.Am has a special place in his heart for several things: the duo LMFAO, Pepsi, Michael Jackson and even Brian Austin Green from “90210.” When the Black Eyed Peas mastermind explains it, the mishmash of names isn’t quite as odd as it might seem. Will was approached to work on a new Pepsi campaign to inspire other producers and artists to remix songs. Michael Jackson not resting among the stars…yet


As befitting the King of Pop, Michael Jackson may forever be part of Hollywood’s starriest constellation…eventually. Led by a police escort, the Jackson family  arrived at Forest Lawn Memorial Park at approximately 8:15 a.m. for an hour-long service, while nearly a dozen helicopters hovered overheard, and hundreds of press and fans gathered outside the gates.
