Knocked Loose Debuts Live Version Of “Suffocate” With Poppy


On April 27 in Las Vegas, Sick New World 2024 was the stuff of metal lovers’ dreams. The massive fest was full of surprises, including a Bring Me The Horizon and BABYMETAL crossover, System Of A Down dedicated “Lonely Day” to the late Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison, and more. Additionally, it was a fabulous day of firsts. Excitingly, Knocked Loose played the live debut of the recent single “Suffocate” featuring Poppy. Turnstile Announces Latin American Tour With Drain & Ceremony


Turnstile has announced they are heading to Latin America for their next tour. The hardcore giants will bring Drain and Ceremony as support. With nine dates out ahead of their June European run, they show no signs of slowing down. The Baltimore act posted on their Instagram about the announcement, and fans posted their excitement. Drain also posted about the highly anticipated run, saying, “THANK YOU TURNSTILE FOR BRINGING US TO MEXICO FOR THE FIRST TIME!” The GLOW ON act hasn’t announced any U.S. dates yet but is rumored to be making a stop at Outbreak Fest in the UK.… Read more »

Eartheater Releases A Chill Cover Of System Of A Down’s “Chop Suey!”


Queens-based artist Eartheater contains multitudes. Her experimental electronic and folk-pop sensibilities shine across her five albums, and now her unique sound has taken on the iconic and heavy track “Chop Suey!” by System Of A Down.  Eartheater, aka Alexandra Drewchin, exchanged the progressive metal band’s signature harsh sonics and thrashy instrumentals for ethereal, whimsical choruses with subdued guitar strums and a euphoria-inducing conclusion. Neck Deep Announce Intimate Warm-Up Shows Ahead of Download Festival Performance


UK pop-punk mainstays Neck Deep have announced two intimate, warm-up shows to kick off Download Festival weekend. In a social media post featuring a true-to-form punk poster, the band shared that the shows will take place on June 7 at The Foundry in Torquay and June 8 at Engine Rooms in Southampton.
