Four Chord Music Festival is back for its ninth year, and it just keeps on getting bigger and bigger.
After cryptically teasing the recorded version of their unreleased single “Better Days,” Yellowcard has basically confirmed that a new record is coming. On January 13, Yellowcard took to Instagram to share their album recording checklist. While no song titles were revealed, X marks seem to indicate that most, if not all, of the rhythm guitar, bass, and strings have been tracked. It seems like Yellowcard is teasing new music, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. On January 7, the band took to Instagram and TikTok to share stories of what sounds like the recorded version of the track “Better Days,” which they debuted live in Glasgow. The 22-second post merely shows a speaker seemingly blaring a dazzling vocal run from William Ryan Key. Coming off a massive fall tour and When We Were Young Fest stint, Boys Like Girls have issued the official music video for their Disney cover of “You’ll Be In My Heart.” The track dropped on September 6 alongside the Mouse House’s full compilation, A Whole New Sound. The track, which originally appeared in the 1999 Tarzan film, was written and performed by Phil Collins.
