They might be from a pretty chilly part of the world, but Vancouver-based band Hedley are bringing the message we’ve all been waiting for: summer is coming.
The Menzingers have been exponentially improving as a band since the beginning, and their new album Rented World only marks another spike in that trend.
The Deep End feels like an amalgamation of every current trend in pop and electronic music, but while the album is no doubt entertaining, it leaves you unsure of Itch’s intentions.
Part 1: The Night Ends is the perfect record for driving around with the windows down, and with its huge pop sound, it’s undoubtedly going to be your summer soundtrack.
Let’s cut right to the chase: if you like Hit The Lights, you’re going to like vocalist Nick Thompson’s side project Thief Club. But Thompson proves that Thief Club can stand on its own with his debut record My Heavy.
You’re Gonna Miss It All‘s unique brand of indie punk and refreshingly honest lyrics will catapult Modern Baseball far beyond many of their more experienced counterparts to take the spotlight.

You Blew It! have done a great job with this release, but the album shows off the potential they have to do better. The Florida quintet impresses their audience with a heavy energy and lyrics that push towards a darker side.
