And while Ozzfest chose to do that by going free, the Vans Warped tour opted to piece together one of its most diverse rosters to date. Jared Leto was left with a broken nose and several other injuries as a concert appearance by his rock band 30 Seconds To Mars lifted the roof at a concert hall in El Paso, Texas. Leto was injured when he ran into the crowd during one of his band’s biggest hits “The Kill”, according to the band’s record label, during a show last week which also featured several other acts under the ‘Taste of Chaos’ banner. The connections he made, however, were of a different type. Technology companies, eager to tap into the Warped tour’s young, tech-savvy fan base, have jumped on board as tour partners or sponsors.
