Kiss will kick off their 35th anniversary tour, dubbed “Kiss Alive 35,” in “Rock City” Detroit. The Gods of Thunder will play two concerts at Motor City’s Cobo Arena, the venue where the band recorded their classic Alive! live album in 1975. Kelly’s 16-year-old nephew Brayel Kelly has been charged as an adult with attempted murder, according to authorities, after an incident in the Chicago area earlier this month in which the teen was shot. Calumet City police told MTV News that on November 6, Brayel Kelly – the son of R. Kelly’s estranged brother Carey Kelly – went into a barbershop and allegedly tried to rob the owner by producing a gun and demanding that the owner place his money and jewelry in a plastic bag. Heather Mills was a less than candid court witness whose $250 million divorce claim was exorbitant, a judge said in his ruling on her divorce from Paul McCartney. The judgment by Hugh Bennett was released Tuesday, after a court rejected Mills’ attempt to block publication. On Monday, Bennett awarded Mills a $48.6 million divorce settlement after her four-year marriage to the former Beatle. Mills had sought almost $250 million, while McCartney had offered $31.6 million, including Mills’ own assets. The “How We Do” hip-hopster reported to Los Angeles’ Twin Towers Correctional Facility Sunday night to begin serving a 60-day sentence after pleading no contest last month to whipping out a gun during a schoolyard pickup basketball game last February. According to TMZ, The Game will do his time in the joint in an isolated cell segregated from the general prison population.
