Have Mercy and Daisyhead are streaming their new split over at AbsolutePunk. Stream it below and pre-order the 7″ over at No Sleep Records. Haver Mercy are currently out on tour with Major League, dates for which can be seen here.
Have Mercy and Daisyhead have teamed up to release a four song split EP via No Sleep Records on February 25th. Each band has released a song off the Split over at Purevolume, and you can hear those tracks below. This week is my final episode here on Idobi Radio, I’m calling it a day to focus on more music, I may be back in the future when I have more time to do this show, but I’d like to thank everyone that’s been on the ride, and thanks to Idobi for pushing me into doing a show for them in the first place. Dallon Weekes is dancing into the new year with I Don’t Know How But They Found Me’s latest single, “Infatuation.” This comes ahead of their upcoming sophomore album, GLOOM DIVISION, which is set to release on February 23 via Concord Records. Reminiscent of their 2017 hit “Summer Stained,” Broadside has delivered a gut-punch, soul-stirring new single, “Bleu.” The new single shares its namesake’s sentiments with the band’s forthcoming full-length album Hotel Bleu, which will arrive via SharpTone Records on November 10. Narcotic Wasteland is gearing up to release their third LP next year and the North Carolina death metal thrashers previewed the record recently at New York City’s Gramercy Theatre. The crowd packed into the venue in anticipation of Accept’s spectacle of a headlining show but were treated to a master class in no-frills thrash metal beforehand. This week I have song writer and front man Brendan Scholz, I came across their music accidentally on Spotify, I looked more into the band and realized I’ve known Brendan all along, he’s from Las Vegas and I think he’s one of the most underrated musicians in the punk rock world, I love what he does and I wanted to have him on my show to talk about his life.
