Alternative duo Bassh brought their sound to our studios to record acoustic versions of a couple of their songs.

Caspian’s bass player, Chris Friedrich, died unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon. The band have released a statement and will be playing a show in his memory this Saturday in New Hampshire. Our hearts and thoughts are with Chris’ bandmates, friends, family, and fans in this difficult time.
Say Anything have announced that Adam “Sisky Business” Siska of the recently-broken up The Academy Is… will be joining the band on bass. Former bassist Alex Kent parted ways with the band last year, with Kenny Vasoli of The Starting Line and Person L filling in temporarily on tour.
Jane’s Addiction said Monday it has parted ways with its latest bass player, former Guns N’ Roses member Duff McKagan, five months after announcing his addition to the oft-vacated post.
Madina Lake bassist Matthew Leone is in the hospital after intervening in a domestic dispute, according to the band. Nathan Leone, the band’s singer and Matthew’s brother, said that the bassist was left unconscious after trying to stop a man beating his wife in the street.
The bass player with Jane’s Addiction has quit the band, and will reportedly be replaced by former Guns N’ Roses rocker Duff McKagan.
