Tenacious D, aka rock-comedy duo Kyle Gass and Jack Black, are ready to “Rock Your Socks” off for a good cause. The two funny musicians just announced a short Midwestern fall tour in which all proceeds go directly to Rock The Vote—the largest nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to building the political power of young people and breaking barriers to participation.
The run kicks off on October 21 in Columbus, OH, at Mershon Auditorium and wraps up on October 26 at Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA.
On Instagram, the band shared, “The election is around the corner and we are coming to a campus near you to Rock D Vote.” So, do your civic duty and get some Tenacious D tickets ASAP. It’ll be “explosivo,” for sure.
Tenacious D pre-sale tickets are currently available with the password “LIBERTY.” All general tickets go on sale on Friday, June 28. Secure your tickets here.
