Chris Farren Is A “Doom Singer” On New Album Announcement

Chris Farren is absolutely full of new announcements today. The comically self-aggrandizing singer has announced his brand new album Doom Singer due out August 4th via Polyvinyl. Along with this exciting news, he has shared a new explosive track “Cosmic Leash” with a hilarious and satirically self-aware music video. Chris Farren has also announced a lengthy tour of the United States with support from Diners, Guppy and Mo Troper. The tour kicks off September 9th in Brooklyn, NY and runs through October 15th, wrapping up in Boston, MA.

Farren speaking on his new track shares: “‘Cosmic Leash’ is about fighting the urge to romanticize the past but inevitably succumbing to the sentimental rot of nostalgia. Also, the song kicks ass.”

We have all the goodies for you right here. Check out the pre-order package below, along the album track listing, his upcoming tour dates and the music video for “Cosmic Leash”!
