Queer Boston-based four-piece shallow pools have launched their fresh single “IHYK” via Equal Vision Records. The new release follows their previous singles “Now Or Never” and “Say What You Want,” which were co-written with groundbreaking LGBTQIA+ artist Lynn Gunn of PVRIS. “IHYK” is showcased by an infectious, earworm chorus highlighted by vocalist Glynnis Brennan’s passionate delivery flourishing across crisp guitar riffs courtesy of guitarist Jess Gromada. Seattle’s dreamy rock band, Spirit Award has announced their upcoming full-length album, The Fear out May 19th via Share it Music. Leading up to the release, the group have shared a new experimental and groovy track “New Energy” today. Epitaph Records trio, THICK have announced new tour dates this summer running from early June through July. The tour will kick off on June 8th in Portsmouth, NH and wrap up on July 22nd in New York, NY.
