Iconic comedy rock duo, Tenacious D are back after a 5 year hiatus to bring fans their newest track, “Video Games“. In a surprising move during the trio’s Detroit, MI performance last night (May 9), blink-182 played a snippet of Taylor Swift‘s 6x platinum song “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” following a performance of their own hit single, “Dammit.” The unexpected mashup is quite a tongue-in-cheek moment for the group considering guitarist Tom DeLonge’s return to the band in 2022 following his initial departure in 2015.
