This week I have long time friend and singer/songwriter A.J. Perdomo of The Dangerous Summer, I met him back in 2009 when I did my first tour with The Bigger Lights and we were opening for them. We’ve kept in touch ever since and have even talked about collaborating in the future, we talk about where A.J. got his start and how we’ve been in each others lives, as well as where The Dangerous Summer is going and has been.
Jamielyn and Nick recap their summer – touring, dating and visiting the kids. They also discuss religion & discipline.
It seems like love is in the air for alternative musicians all across the country. In early September, Meet Me @ The Altar guitarist Téa Campbell announced that her long-term partner said “Yes!” when she popped the question. Now, fans of The Summer Set also have something to celebrate, too, as vocalist Brian Logan Dales just announced his engagement. Logan Dales proposed to his long-term girlfriend, actress Briana Cuoco, on September 12, surrounded by loved ones, including the couple’s dog Joni. In an Instagram story, Logan Dales shared, “Joni got spooked by the confetti poppers, but it was worth it… Read more »

In true Taylor Swift inspired fashion, they are doing this in order to re-claim the record, as it was their only major label release. The Maine’s vocalist John… Read more »
