Third Eye Blind is kicking off 2024 with the announcement of a massive headline tour of the United States this summer. Coined the “Summer Gods” tour, they’ll be joined by our beloved pop-punkers, Yellowcard, and indie pop group, A R I Z O N A. The run begins June 8 in Spokane, WA, and hits cities like Chicago, Tampa, Los Angeles, Seattle, Buffalo, and more before wrapping on August 3 in Woodlands, TX. Fans will have the opportunity to catch this stacked bill in amphitheaters so make sure to grab your picnic blanket and pack lots of water bottles! Honestly, what’s better than sitting in the grass with your friends and hearing decade-spanning, nostalgic music all night long?

Third Eye Blind were absolutely MASSIVE in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Their 1997 Self-Titled album made them a household name with instant classics such as “Semi-Charmed Life,” “Jumper,” and “How’s It Going To Be.” Their sophomore effort, Blue, went on to hold “Never Let You Go,” and the band came to see longevous success. Even now, nearly 30 years later, you’ll still hear these songs in movies, the grocery store, or even on the radio. Their ability to craft anthemic pop-leaning hooks into groovy, indie rock-fueled songs gave them a unique edge. In a time when grunge was at the forefront, Third Eye Blind separated themselves with more upbeat, and digestible songs. However, their lyricism was always realistic, relatable, and sometimes bizarre.

Yellowcard and A R I Z O N A are perfect contenders to open this tour. Yellowcard has stood the test of time, gaining dedicated and lifelong fans over the last twenty years. They recently released a new EP, Childhood Eyes, we are sure to hear bits from live. A R I Z O N A dropped a brand new, Self-Titled album in 2023, promising us new live performances as well. This tour is sure to be one for the books.
