idobi managing editor Eleanor Grace caught up with Handguns guitarists Brandon Pagano and Kyle Vaught at the Toronto date to talk about the Common Vision Tour, the band’s new record, the over-politicization of pop punk, and a shocking amount of discussion on 5 Seconds Of Summer and GWAR.
Say Anything has released the second track from their upcoming record, Hebrews, over on Noisey – check it out. The song features guest vocals from Gareth and Kim from the band Los Campesinos!. Hebrews is the band’s first release since 2012’s Anarchy My Dear, and the record will be put out through Equal Vision Records.

Bane have announced that they are in the process of recording their fourth and final album, Don’t Wait Up. The new album is being recorded with producer Jay Maas and will be out next year on Equal Vision Records. This marks the bands first full length album since 2005’s The Note. On the album guitarist Aaron Dalbec stated, “We are so excited to finally hit the studio to record what will be our final record. Life on Repeat have announced their breakup, but still plan to release their final album Blacklisted. The band will play four final shows this December as well.
A Lot Like Birds will head out on a a co-headline run with Lions Lions in October. The band will then dive directly into a headlining tour with support from HRVRD, Night Verses, and My Iron Lung.
