Perdomo shares the reasoning behind wanting to reimagine this track, exclusively with idobi Radio. … Read more »
After the successful launch of their debut album, pressure in my head again, earlier this year, twentylove paid a visit to the idobi Studios in North Hollywood, to deliver a mesmerizing rendition of the trio’s standout single, “getting used to this.” In this stripped-down performance, twentylove vocalist Dan Burke takes center stage, creating an atmosphere of haunting beauty. Isolated and bathed in the studio’s warm lights bouncing off of his fingers and acoustic guitar, Burke’s melancholic rendition of “getting used to this” will leave you captivated and spellbound. Prepare to be blown away by the raw emotion and depth of… Read more »

The perfect concept record is hard to find. It should tell a story, take listeners to a new and exciting world, and remain authentic to the band’s sound and identity. With so many boxes to check off, many acts shy away from this kind of release. But today, Nothing But Thieves proves how magical concept records can be when done right. Dead Club City, the band’s fourth LP, takes listeners on a journey to a dystopian, members-only community. The setting itself is a metaphor for the potential future of society: a warning, almost, envisioning the chaos and turmoil that will… Read more »
Following the release of “More Like A Crush” earlier this year, Mayday Parade has shared their latest pop-punk effort “Got Me All Wrong,” primed to become the song of the summer. “‘Got Me All Wrong’ is about falling hard for someone but the other person isn’t on the same page,” drummer Jake Bundrick shares. “I met my wife on Warped Tour and the song is roughly about that.
