Are you ready for today’s flush of excitement? Pun intended, of course. The blink-182 guys are back with some potty humor, sharing a website link that leads to “The Stall.” Depicting what appears to be a public restroom decorated with graffiti and the band’s logo, the page reads, “Welcome to the stall, stay tuned for updates.” Fans online assume their favorite three-piece is about to drop some new tunes. Another message highlighted in pink font supports this theory of something big happening on September 5. “Restrooms will be closed for maintenance Tuesday 9/5,” the site reads. Last night’s headlining performance by Paramore on their This Is How Tour in Los Angeles etched itself in music history as it became even more extraordinary with the sensational surprise appearance of Billie Eilish. Way back in 2006, Paramore recorded an acoustic rendition of “My Hero” originally by the incredible Foo Fighters. Now, the cover has finally hit streaming services all these years later. Not sure what took them so long to make this decision, but we sure are happy about it. Along with the acoustic version, Paramore also released an electronic mix as well. Last month Hayley Williams joined Foo Fighters on stage in Tennessee at Bonnaroo Music And Arts Festival for a guest performance of “My Hero”.
