The Mars Volta have announced another string of North American tour dates to kick off September 13th in Minneapolis, MN and wrap up October 11th in Salt Lake City, UT. This headline tour will follow their world tour, spanning the entirety of spring and summer 2023. This news comes after the post-prog-rock group released the album Que Dios Te Maldiga Mi Corazón, a complete acoustic re-working of their 2022 reunion album, The Mars Volta, last week. Today, rock legends, Incubus, surprised fans with a massive 29-date US summer tour announcement alongside Badflower and Paris Jackson. The news comes just a few weeks after the band announced a string of UK tour dates that will kick off on June 1 in Berlin, Germany. Tool has announced a release date for their new album. The band finally became available on Spotify after years of their fans being digitally deprived. Looks like the streaming platform upgrade comes just in time for new music. Since the release of 10,000 days in 2006 rock fans have been waiting for more Tool. August 30th the wait is over. During the band’s May 7th show in Birmingham Alabama they made the announcement and encouraged show goers to share through social media. With songs like “Invincible” and “Descending” from their Welcome to Rockville set, we are eager to hear more.
