Man charged with Dolla's murder


An Atlanta man was charged Wednesday in connection with the murder of rapper Dolla, according to a statement released by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. Aubrey Louise Berry was set to be arraigned in court, where he will answer to two counts of assault with a firearm and one count of murder. Berry, 23, allegedly encountered Dolla (Roderick Burton) in the Beverly Center in Los Angeles and, after a dispute, fatally shot the rapper. Sotheby's yanks 3 MLK papers from NY auction


NEW YORK — Sotheby‘s has withdrawn from auction three papers related to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr after his estate claimed the documents being sold by Harry Belafonte are estate property. Belafonte himself asked that the papers be withdrawn from Thursday’s sale, said Lauren Gioia, a Sotheby’s spokeswoman. The auction house did not comment further.
