NEW YORK —- Beyonce has scored her third straight No. 1 debut on the pop album chart with the double-disc “I Am … Sasha Fierce.” The Music World/Columbia album shifted a whopping 482,000 copies in the United States during the week ended November 23, according to Nielsen SoundScan . “High School Musical” star Zac Efron underwent emergency surgery Tuesday to remove his appendix, his publicist said. The 20-year-old actor had the operation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Gina Hoffman said. Efron became a teen heartthrob with his starring role as Troy Bolton in the hit Disney Channel TV movie “High School Musical” and its sequel.
