More than 10 years after the iconic Bamboozle festival packed away their gear for the last time in 2012, we now have day-to-day lineup details for their 2023 event (cue our uncontrollable excitement)! In January, Bamboozle announced their lineup via an old-school, faux Myspace page. Rather than leaning into the nostalgic emo era Myspace was famous for, the lineup includes a plethora of genres and performances. The three tracks switch up the traditional Boys Like Girls pop rock sound with a more country influence. While the Crazy World EP is just a teaser for their full-length, fans get a taste of what they have to look forward to from Boys Like Girls.
Boys Like Girls and The All-American Rejects will be heading out on tour across the US this fall. The Ready Set will be supporting the first leg of the tour with Parachute supporting the second.
On tonight’s episode of The Gunz Show, Boys Like Girls’ Paul DiGiovanni (lead guitar) and John Keefe (drums) announced that the band hopes to have their new album out sometime this summer. Their first show together in over a year will be on May 20 at The Bamboozle Festival (Asbury Park, NJ). Currently, the band has 7 full songs mixed and mastered for the new record and are in the process of wrapping the rest of the album.
