Indie-rockers The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die returned with their latest music since 2021, “Auguries Of Guilt” via Epitaph Records. The Connecticut-formed act lyrically examines and challenges the notion of what makes a hero. “Like the hero killing the guardian of the forest/Set a white-hot flame to the cedars reduced to wasteland,” the band sings. Last Friday, March 22, while performing at Madison Square Garden in New York City, the group invited not one but two very special guests to the stage: The Academy Is…’s William Beckett and Daisy Grenade.
