Former Blink-182 guitarist and vocalist Tom DeLonge will be releasing a new album titled Strange Times later this year per reports from Fader. The article states: “He (DeLonge) has also been dabbling in alien fiction. Sekret Machines Book I: Chasing Shadows, a novel came out in April 2016. Blink 182 singer/guitarist Tom Delonge became a proud papa on Monday (July 15) when his wife, Jennifer, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Ava Elizabeth Delonge was born at 5:30 a.m. PT in La Jolla, California’s Scripps Hospital. She weighed in at approximately 7 pounds. The timing couldn’t be better as the Blink wives, Jennifer and Skye Hoppus, the wife of bassist/singer Mark Hoppus, appear in this month’s issue of Pregnancy magazine. Blink-182's Tom DeLonge Salutes His Roots On New Album


Perhaps because it’s so hard to honor someone with a fart joke, Blink-182 singer/guitarist Tom DeLonge has formed a side project called Boxcar Racer to pay tribute to the bands that influenced him. The group, which also includes Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and Over My Dead Body guitarist Dave Kennedy, will release its still-untitled debut album on May 14.
