LØLØ Covers New Found Glory’s “Vicious Love” For Hopeless Records 30th Anniversary

In honor of Hopeless Records turning 30, LØLØ has covered New Found Glory‘s “Vicious Love” for the label’s Hopelessly Devoted To You compilation album. The song originally appeared on New Found Glory‘s 2014 LP Resurrection and featured Paramore‘s Hayley Williams.

The compilation will also boast The Wonder Years’ cover of Thrice’s “Deadbolt,” Point North’s cover of Avenged Sevenfold’s “Unholy Confessions,” NOAHFINNCE‘s rendition of Waterparks‘ “I Miss Having Sex But at Least I Don’t Wanna Die Anymore,” and Bayside‘s reworking of The Weakerthans‘ “Aside.” 

On Instagram, LØLØ shared, “[S]o stoked to be a part of @hopelessrecords 30th anniversary album!! when they told me about it and how we had to pick a song from their past artists, the first thing I said back was ‘I SHOTTY NEW FOUND GLORY’ this song is so special to me because I got the honor of singing it with @newfoundglory every night on my first tour ever. I love u guys so much!!”

On top of releasing the forthcoming Hopelessly Devoted To You, Hopeless Records is also hosting a major party at Cleveland’s Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame, and you’re invited. Come out to celebrate the label’s anniversary on August 24 with  Waterparks‘ Awsten Knight, Illuminati Hotties, The Wonder Years‘ Dan Campbell, and Scene Queen.
