Our very own rockstar dad, Jaret Reddick, is hitting the road to share his love of country music with fans in Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee. Kicking things off in Amarillo, TX on July 14 and closing the tour in Wichita Falls, TX on August 19, the Bowling For Soup frontman is playing songs from his solo project at some pretty intimate venues. This includes The Bluebird Cafe, one of Nashville’s most iconic spots for both up-and-coming and experienced songwriters to share their music.

Reddick shared the news with fans on Instagram yesterday with a picture of his tour flyer. “Come see me and the band this summer! Gonna be lots of fun!” he writes.

It’s no secret that the Bowling For Soup singer is multi-talented, connecting with listeners across a variety of musical genres since the beginning of his career. Describing himself as a “Pop Punk pioneer” and “Texas Country hopeful” in his Instagram bio, his passion for both the Warped Tour and country music scenes proves that music knows no boundaries. Reddick also enjoys creating content that bridges these two worlds together, including his “Half And Half” virtual concert series on Patreon. Subscribers can tune in and watch Reddick perform pop punk and country covers once a month on the platform.

His latest single, “Hop A Train (Steel Cuts),” is a nostalgic blend of Reddick’s emotive vocal melodies with some slide guitar thrown in. Fans love seeing Reddick continue to thrive as a multi-faceted songwriter and entertainer.
