Jamie Bower is back with his new solo track, “Home.” Preceded by his urgent, heavy offering with BloodMagic, “Death / Rebirth,” “Home” sees the singer in a vulnerable state.
In a recent statement shared by Rock Sound, Bower says, “It is about finding that home, whether it be a feeling of being with someone or something, and the peace that comes with that. A desire we have to find our place in the world. A land of our own as it were. I hope you like it. We are happy to give it over to you.”

Over twangy, blues-tinged acoustic guitar strums and with soaring, soulful vocals, Bower sings, “Cause I’ve been dreaming of horizons/I’ve been longing for a home/Darling, help me let the light in/Like the one I used to know.”
Prior to its release, Bower noted that he traveled all the way to Nashville to write with Ryan Necci of Ryan Necci And The Buffalo Gospel. Check out the new country-laced track below.
Plus, Bower is staying booked and busy musically and with upcoming acting projects. Of course, Bower, who is well-known for playing Vecna in Stranger Things, is currently filming the Netflix show’s fifth and final season. According to IMDb, the Hawkins crew will be back in 2025.
Additionally, Bower is headed to the big screen on June 28. He will star in the film Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1 as Caleb Sykes. Find showtimes near you here.
