A new era for Bring Me The Horizon is just around the corner. The band posted a clip on their Instagram yesterday teasing their forthcoming album, POST HUMAN: NeX GEn. Fans can finally let out a sigh of relief after an announcement in August noted a delay in the release.

The video posted on their newly-wiped Instagram features a white background with a dark inverted feminine figurehead speaking. “You cling to your virtual identity,” it begins. “As if it was your very soul. Pathetic. All these thoughts, these memories they are but a fleeting echo in an endless void. And just like that, you cease to exist in a digital realm.” The 41-second video includes different images and distorted graphics that relate to the UK act and their aesthetic. “A mere blip erased from the annals of cyberspace. Farewell insignificant content. It’s time for a new era, initializing NeX GEn.”

When it ends, a message is displayed inviting fans to an unspecified event to welcome this new phase of Bring Me The Horizon. “THE CHURCH OF GENXSIS welcomes you to a night at YOUTOPIA via NeX GEn. There is a home beyond our bones. P.H. II ??/??/2024.” Watch the full video below.

While re-working the final sound, the metalcore rockers have released some tracks from the impending release. “DArkSide,” “LosT,” “Kool-Aid,” and “AmEN” serve as examples to fans in terms the next generation of BMTH. There isn’t a specific date for when the LP will drop, but with the delays and singles already out, partnered with this recent teaser, it’s safe to say that POST HUMAN: NeX GEn is going to be a ripper.
