American Football announced their 25th Anniversary Tour for their debut album. This fall, the band will make stops in the U.S., UK, and Europe, including a stint at the recently announced Best Friends Forever Festival in Las Vegas, NV.

The Midwest emo staple released LP1 (as fans call it) in 1999. Known for their song, “Never Meant,” partnered with the iconic album cover of The American Football House, they are arguably the antithesis of OG emo. Their twinkly guitar riffs have carried through the various waves of the music genre and are a foundational point in the scene’s history. Recent samples of their song “Stay Home” appeared in PinkPantheress 2021 single, “Just For Me.”

Last year, the Illinois act and record label, Polyvinyl, purchased the house on their first album cover. It was going to be sold to developers in Urbana, IL but is now secured for all future angsty pilgrimages for years to come.

Fans can grab tickets through different pre-sales on Wednesday, March 13, at 10 AM and noon local time, or wait for the general on-sale this Friday, March 15, at 10 AM local time. Check out where they’re stopping below:
