Alexander O’Connor, better known as Rex Orange County, was Downtown LA’s man of the hour last night. In celebration of his latest album, The Alexander Technique, an intimate crowd gathered at Pico Union Project, where Rex performed about a dozen songs. Trash Boat has surprised fans with their new single “Liar Liar,” via Hopeless Records. It’s a screaming, hard-hitting anthem about the issues stemming from certain new media that cause problems in society.
