InVogue Records boasts a wide array of amazing artists including Diva Bleach, Boys Of Fall, In Her Own Words, Mouth Culture, and beyond. Today, the Findlay, Ohio-based label added thrilling metal artists Advents to its roster. Additionally, Advents launched their label debut track and accompanying music video, “Liminal.”
Formed in 2020, the New York City-based band notes, “‘Liminal’ delves into a conflicted mental state where you find yourself torn between two choices. You’re stuck in what is best described as liminal space, struggling to break free. As you grapple between these choices, it may be easier to wander into the darkness than to look directly into the light.”

The “Liminal” music video, marked with moody blue-gray tones focuses on the band as well as two women. One is dressed in a wedding fit (the light), the other in an opposing black gown (the dark).
Overall, Advents‘ “Liminals” features exceptional breakdowns, introspective lyrics, and soaring clean vocals. Lead vocalist Anthony Spizziro earnestly sings, “This silence stings, it’s golden. I’m in too deep just for the night. If you believe I can’t shine the light. The darkness feels alright.”
