Grammy-nominated rock band, Code Orange have announced the details of their upcoming full-length album The Above. The record is set to drop September 29th via Blue Grape Music. The band also released a brand new single “Take Shape” which features Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins. The new track comes as the third single from The Above, following “The Game” and “Grooming My Replacement“. Having recently wrapped up a tour with Every Time I Die and letlive, Pittsburgh’s Code Orange Kids are returning to the studio to record one of 2014’s most anticipated albums. idobi Howl writer Alex Rudisill spoke with the band’s drummer/vocalist Jami Morgan about where the hardcore group is heading next.
H2O and Terror will head out on a co-headlining in tour in February with support from Backtrack and Code Orange Kids. Bane will also be replacing H2O on certain dates. The tour kicks off February 1st in Washington D.C. and concludes on March 3rd in Richmond, VA.
For metal and heavy rock fans of the Midwest, today is a big announcement day. Sonic Temple Festival 2024 officially shared their lineup for their upcoming event.
