Superlove, Jacob Rice

UK rock band, Superlove has a new album out follow:noise via Italy-based indie label Rude Records, and I have a feeling you will love it. In this week’s episode, Superlove’s Jacob Rice digs deep with me on some tracks I can’t stop listening to – or thinking about. The album is loaded with empathetic lyrics that allow me to reflect on my own growth and evolution. We discussed how the internet is a breeding ground of unrealistic (yet inevitable) comparisons, how to stay motivated when goals feel unattainable and much more.

In this episode Tate chats with Telltale about their most recent tour, the release of their new EP “Lie Your Way Out” with Rude Records and the struggles of mental health. They also recall a few funny stories from their days touring together as new up and coming artists.

French pop/rock trio OAKMAN just released their brand new tracks “Night” and “Fantasy” via Rude Records – and I have been listening to them on repeat! Marine (Lead vocals / Guitar) and Jesse (Drums) joined me to talk about the new songs, what life-changing events inspired “Night,” and so much more. I hope you enjoy getting to know them and will check out their music.

Embarking on a journey back to their roots, “Alive” is an examination of feeling ensnared in a toxic relationship with nowhere to turn or escape to.
