Fresh off of the second leg of the So Much For (Tour) Dust run, Fall Out Boy drummer Andy Hurley heads to the late-night TV circuit. Well, kinda. He’s joining Late Night With Seth Meyers’ 8G Band this week. He’ll play through each segment led by comedian Fred Armisen. The announcement came via Instagram yesterday, April 8. In a moment that has started to gain attention on TikTok, Y2K artist Middle Part posted a now semi-viral video on August 1, 2024, in which they allegedly overheard My Chemical Romance rehearsing their 2004 breakout single “I’m Not Okay (I Promise).” The track appears on the group’s album Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, which celebrated its 20 year anniversary in June. Fronted by The Strokes‘ Julian Casablancas, indie-electronic outfit The Voidz has finally released their highly-anticipated compilation album Like All Before You via Cult Records. Previously, the band released singles “Overture,” Prophecy Of The Dragon,” “All The Same,” and “Flexorcist.” Alongside the album release, the band is showcasing their track “7 Horses,” featuring Casablancas’ classic haunting vocals layered with electronic distortion and groovy synths.
