DE’WAYNE’s Next Era Starts Now

DE’WAYNE joins idobi Warped Radio for a raw, radiant, and deeply personal conversation that tracks his evolution from a wide-eyed 19-year-old taking a leap of faith to one of rock’s most exciting voices today. He opens up about leaving his hometown in Texas for Los Angeles with little more than a dream and a cheap laptop—an image captured in his oldest Instagram photo. From working in a restaurant to catching the attention of Lenny Kravitz, who called to tell him, “You’re up next in rock music,” this is the journey that’s reshaped the alt scene one song at a time.

We dive into his new album june—a bold step forward inspired by Talking Heads, Prince, and the electric chaos of life and love. DE’WAYNE unpacks the voice he’s finally found, the influence of his long-term partner WILLOW on the standout single “highway robbery.” He even teases a few surprises about the album that fans don’t know yet… but will soon.

We also talk Warped Tour. Though it’s his first time on the bill, DE’WAYNE reflects on the impact of the festival and what it means to step on that stage as a Black artist—redefining representation in a space that once lacked it.

Kami Kehoe: Sleep When You’re Viral

This week on idobi Warped Radio, Kami Kehoe joins Brandy-Baye Robidoux (of Hopeless Records) to discuss her breakout year and genre diversity. Kami opens up about stepping out from behind the drum kit, learning to embrace her voice, and how taking risks in her songwriting led to her most powerful tracks yet.

From blending R&B with rock to dragging drums through the streets for a viral TikTok video, Kami shares the wild ride behind her explosive single “Sleep When You’re Dead” and the accidental birth of her emotional new EP. She name-drops legends like Travis Barker, John Feldmann, Ekoh, Lzzy Hale, and Amy Lee—while reflecting on what it means to be a woman carving her space in modern rock.

She also dishes on getting the call to play Warped Tour and why rock music is not just cool again—it’s necessary. Oh—and yes, there’s a Tommy Lee story you don’t want to miss.

3OH!3

In the second episode of idobi Warped Radio, Warped Tour alumni and iconic duo 3OH!3 step into the studio to spill stories you’ll never forget—from their early Myspace days to unforgettable on-stage chaos. Sean and Nat talk about their collaborative performances (yes, there were a lot of Johns, including The Maine’s John O’Callaghan and Lil Jon), how they landed on the name 3OH!3, and how Warped Tour and early social media helped launch them into scene superstardom. The duo also open up about their early years on the tour, Sean’s short-lived emo phase, and the now-infamous incident where he pooped his pants on stage. Plus, hear the behind-the-scenes story of their Silent Library episode with Benny Blanco and how it all came together. Listen to new episodes of idobi Warped Radio every Wednesday at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT, and watch the full episode every Tuesday at 6 PM ET/3 PM PT on Veeps.com.
