Socialite Nicole Richie and her rock-star boyfriend became the parents of a daughter in Los Angeles on Friday, People magazine reported. Harlow Winter Kate Madden was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, People said, quoting a spokesman for Richie’s manager.
