They also posted a Reel to their Instagram with the caption: “[longing for a wish or a cure]. The clip has sounds of a transmission that was interrupted, with typewriter texts changing rapidly. Fans commented about a potential tour, a new album, or both. One user… Read more »

GHØSTKID has announced a new album, Hollywood Suicide, and dropped the first single from the record, “FSU.” The new full-length comes out on March 22 via Century Media Records, ahead of their upcoming spring tour with Black Veil Brides, Creeper, and Dark Divine. The post-hardcore act embodies an edgy and (positively) offensive realness that hasn’t been in the scene for a bit. Dramatic make-up, masks at times, but overall, they appear like varieties of the undead, especially in the music video for the new single. All of which makes GHØSTKID stand out as new proverours in the genre. Vocalist Sebastian… Read more »

Don’t get “carsick” while listening to K.Flay’s new single! This follows her LP, MONO, which dropped in September. A visualizer for the song is a spiraling array that she warns on her Instagram Reel: “I am not responsible for any dizziness you may experience while watching.” In true electro-alt fashion, the song incorporates dancey drum beats, in-your-face vocals, and bridging twinkle to give listeners a break from the chaos of it. “Screaming out I’d die for you/ But after all the stops and starts, crashes and carnage/I’m just carsick,” tears through the chorus to recount the unbridled trust while living… Read more »
