For metal and heavy rock fans of the Midwest, today is a big announcement day. Sonic Temple Festival 2024 officially shared their lineup for their upcoming event. Taking place May 16-19, festival-goers can see a major fest at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus. Of course, the headliners are worth the travel and ticket price alone. American Idol got a little *freaky* on its Sunday, March 9 season 23 premiere. One contestant stood in front of the three judges (Lionel Richie, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan) to perform Korn‘s “Freak On A Leash.” The contestant, named Insite, also had long hair perfect for headbanging, and he nailed Jonathan Davis‘ beatboxing portion. Uniquely, Underwood knew each and every Korn lyric, and even joined Insite on the floor to perform “Bodies” by Drowing Pool.
