The holidays kicked off this year with Pat and Seb’s contemplation of The Patrick Langlois Foundation. Then, they discuss how Christmas with in-laws is an adult summer camp before diving into Seb’s reading preferences. The episode is wrapped up with the last MOTH song of the year, Acceptance’s “Take You Away”
I hope all is well, especially with your health! Are you on Weight Watchers with Mrs. Clause yet? Why do I ask? Well, it was in the news recently that Oprah just purchased part of Weight Watchers and you seem to be a really big fan of Oprah.
On the tenth day of Christmas, idobi gave to me holiday songs sung by Urie. Dear Brendon Urie-Claus, We’re all huge fans here at idobi–some of us staff converse exclusively in Panic! At The Disco GIFs, and every time you release a new tune, it really feels like Christmas has come early. While I’m on the subject of Christmas… all I want this year is a whole album of holiday songs, sung by your wonderful self. The release of Death of a Bachelor on January 15th seems like an absolute age away, and your fans need something to keep… Read more »
Coming to you from a walk in closet in San Diego, California, John O’Callaghan spends some off time from tour to bring us a Mixed Tape holiday special.
Dear Producers of all things Pop-Punk,
This year there are only two things I want for Christmas,
We’re exactly one week from Christmas, and if you weren’t already caroling from the rooftops, we have just the track to get you there. I always love collaborating with good friends, and the holidays are the perfect time to come together and make something magical. Originally performed by Nat King Cole, and covered countless times… Read more »
For Christmas this year, I don’t want the Nintendo DS I asked for when I was twelve, or the sled I wanted when I was five. All I want is to bring the whole world joy—in the form of a collaboration between the most badass females in the alternative music scene.
This year for Christmas I want you to tell us your name. Your husband has a different moniker for every continent: St. Nick, Father Christmas, Santa, Père Noel, Kris Kringle. You’d think he’s wanted for credit card fraud with all these pseudonyms. Wait.
For Christmas, I would like just a few things. I wish you would record a version of “Far Too Young To Die†with Halsey. The dark dance beat goes perfectly with her style of music. After that, you could team up for a version of her song “Gasolineâ€.
Let me start this letter off by commending you for the many things you have given us this year. Your efforts haven’t gone unappreciated. But, as it is the Christmas season, I feel there is something special you have been holding out on that would warm our frozen toes and help start 2016 off with a bang. That one thing: Punk Goes Disney.
