Green Day has announced the arrival of American Idiot 20th Anniversary Deluxe edition—which feels too perfectly timed with the forthcoming election. The deluxe release is scheduled to drop on October 25, 2024, a little more than 20 years after the original album was released on September 21, 2004. During their expansive North American tour with Pierce The Veil, blink-182 made a stop in Chicago to headline the Lollapalooza August 4 date.
